Middle School Development Committee Charge

The Raymond School Committee will select a group of no less than seven and no more than nine community members for the Middle School Curriculum Committee. The responsibilities of the Middle School Curriculum Committee shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:

1. Research current programs and models for innovative programming.
2. Develop guidelines for the development of the middle school curriculum.
3. Hold open forums through which public input can be actively sought.
4. Maintain open communication with the K-4 Building Committee and facilitate the alternations of Jordan-Small School.
5. Maintain open communications with the Raymond School Committee through a system of written progress reports.
6. Communicate with the administration and the State to keep apprised of current trends in funding and education.
