The Town of Raymond is seeking a part-time counter/clerical person to work at the Town Office. This position requires working until 7pm Tuesday night, and from 8:30 to noon on Saturdays, for a total of 25 scheduled hours during the week.

This position provides paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave pro-rated on the number of scheduled weekly hours, and a pay rate of $13.00/hour. This individual must be flexible, courteous, work well with the public, have an aptitude for math, and have good computer and telephone skills.

The work includes, but is not limited to, registering motor vehicles, issuing hunting/fishing licenses, marriage licenses, registering snowmobiles, boats, dogs, and collecting tax payments, and filing. Accuracy is a must, as is being able to work with other departments whenever necessary.

Teamwork is very important to this small office. Applications and resumes should be submitted no later than July 30, 2008.
