Marriage License

A marriage license may be obtained from the Town Clerk by town residents. If married previously, applicants must present a certified copy of their divorce decree, a death certificate or annulment certificate.  Marriage Licenses are valid for 90 days after date of issue. The cost is $30 per couple.  Non-residents must apply for a license in the town where they will be married.
