Louise H. Lester, Town Clerk

BIO

Louise Lester grew up in Raymond and attended Jordan-Small School and North Yarmouth Academy when it was Raymond's contract school. She attended Hartwick College in New York State and Katharine Gibbs School, Boston.

Louise has worked for the Town of Raymond since 1989 beginning as a part-time secretary organizing the meetings and recording the minutes for the Appeals Board, Planning Board and Selectmen. Since 1996 she has worked full-time at that position in addition to being a Deputy Town Clerk in the Town Office. Mrs. Lester became the Town Clerk in April of 2001.
