The Raymond Elementary School has an Early Childhood Program that seeks to locate all children in town, birth to school age. The program provides parents with information and support around issues related to parenting young children. The program is delivered by the Home-School Coordinator/Early Intervention Specialist. The program helps parents give their children the best start possible when they enter school. Children who need services for any developmental or learning problems get the help they need and the school gets advance notice of their needs so staff, equipment, and programming can be planned and in place when children start school. Everybody wins when children’s needs are recognized and met as early as possible.
