Purpose:
The Road Improvement Study Committee to evaluates the current condition of Raymond's public road system and to make recommendations for financial strategies to achieve necessary capital improvement work. The committee considers the use of long and short term construction bonds, annual Capital Improvement funding, and any other funding mechanisms available.
