Annual Town Meeting Warrant (including Town candidates results)
The Special Town Meeting that was held at the May 7, 2024, Select Board meeting needs to be repeated as the ad that was sent to the newspaper did not make it into any edition and one of the requirements for updating the TIF agreement is to have the meeting noticed at least 10 days prior in a newspaper.
The Special Town Meeting will be held during the June 20, 2024 Select Board Meeting, starting at 5:30pm at the Broadcast Studio, 423 Webbs Mills Road.
This change will allow TIF monies to be used for the broadband project.
The Mill Street Dam Rebuild Project has started. The project is expected to take about 3 months to complete. Please seek an alternate route. If you are unable to take an alternate route, please use caution, slow speed, and kindness when going through the contruction zone.
Thank you!
The Annual Town Reports are printed and available at the Town Office.

Take the Internet Demand Survey Here
For the past several years, the town has been involved with a regional broadband committee with the goals of bringing fast, reliable, and futureproof internet to the region. Many homes and business have no internet connectivity, and most that do must rely on service that may be unreliable or does not serve current needs.
We are working with Sebago Fiber, a local internet service provider, to bring fast, reliable fiber internet to homes and businesses in our community. The first step is for residents and businesses to fill out the demand survey. Areas with the most demand will be built first, so be sure to let us know if you’re interested in service by filling out the survey. Questions can be emailed to sebagoproject@sebagofiber.net.
