The Public Use Form (link below) must be submitted to the Town Clerk (either dropped off at the Town Office, via email, or mailed to 401 Webbs Mills Rd, Raymond  ME  04071) along with proof of event insurance and approval from Raymond Public Safety:

 

 - 150 participants or less - at least 1 month prior to the event

 

 - Over 150 participants - at least 2 months prior to the event
